The story: An ancient document is discovered in Malta. It is dated to the time of the Romans, after St Paul's Visit to the Island of Malta.
We learn that it includes a lot of information which may change the modern world as we know it. It is in a sense, the opposite of
that other famous "code" which was really just fictional.
