This is the crossover fanfic in my fan-series which features a parallel universe Moonbase Alpha (Space:1999) as it would occur in Universe-777 (the Stargate & Doctor Who universe).

Story (C) 2007-2010 Mr SciRev

For the Dr Who Timeline Related to this Fanfic . It occurs soon after the final episodes of the 4th series of the new Dr Who show.
For the Stargate Timeline, it happens after Stargate Atlantis 4×3 and the Stargate Continuum movie (and AlphaGate 1).
SPOILER: none

What you need to know:
The IOA (International Oversight Advisory) has set up a top secret base on the moon powered by a ZPM (Zero-Point Module) – an ancient power source. Stargate Command has commissioned special crafts called Eagles and a Stargate – a ring-like device created by the Ancients able to send people through a wormhole – but one without a protective iris. A separate section on the moon houses a super-hadron collider. A mysterious device in the catacombs of the moon has just been activated.

A communication was opened via the Stargate, so Daniel could talk to the newly promoted Colonel Sam Carter on the Ancients’ space travelling city-ship Atlantis, in the Pegasus Galaxy.
“Hello Daniel! How are you? Give my regards to Alan – my cousin!”
“I think we may have activated some ancient device in the catacombs on the moon. I’d like your help, Sam, to try to understand what it may be”, Daniel asked.
“Your description makes it sound like some hyperdrive device tested by the ancients. But different from the ones we have seen before” Sam answered
“Oh no. I hope it isn’t. We may well find ourselves in trouble”, Daniel said as the connection started to get interrupted.
Suddenly everything seemed to go hazy around Daniel and everywhere else on the moon. From earth’s point of view, the moon simply… vanished! Earthquakes started to be felt due to the sudden lack of the moon’s pull on the earth.
Koenig insisted he was in charge of the military and it was imperative to find a habitable planet to settle upon like the one the sensors had picked up.
“But we might find a way back”, Daniel said, “Lets not hurry”.

“The chance might be lost” Koenig noted.”I’m in command here”, Daniel insisted.

WHO:1999

Set after the tv-movie with Paul McGann as the Eight Doctor.
A fanfic/crossover/literary fiction/story…

The TARDIS time rotor made its familiar sound as it began materialising after some rough travel through the Vortex. It slided up and down in the time console flashing a familiar light pattern. “Interesting… The TARDIS is in some form of advanced structure, probably quite a large spacecraft, piggybacked to a large meteoric structure,”

The Doctor glared out towards the scanner screen which showed the outside. A wall laced with monitors and in-wall keypads was in sight.

“Clearly early 21st century earth technology but something is quite wrong. The temporal chronometer indicates the year is 2003 and the month is july.. again… It must be damaged. How could it get here, this place is many light years away from earth, a different galaxy altogether. Clearly this craft must have passed through an anomaly.”

The Doctor ran an analysis of the surrounding materials to see what sort of craft the TARDIS had materialised in, ‘what’s this moonrock?’ Can it be the Moonbase again, he wondered. But that was not around in 2003. Perhaps some alien race had a base on the moon in 2003, that would explain the existence of this technology. Still it was clearly of earth origin. Earth definitely did not have a moonbase in 2003, the Doctor thought.

UC Who

Google ReaderGoogle GmailRedditGoogle BookmarksLiveJournalFriendFeedDeliciousShare

This is a fanfic crossover between the British tv show Doctor Who (featuring the 8th Doctor from the tv movie and BBC novels) and the Maltese tv show UC5 (aka Undercover 5), the prequel to Dejjem Tieghek Becky.

Story (C) 2003-2010 Mr Scirev.

Spoilers: Dr Who Timeline Related to this Fanfic: It happens straight after the BBC Books 8DA “FALL OF YQUATINE”.

What you need to know:
The Doctor is a Time Lord – a time-traveller from the alien world called Gallifrey who travels in space and time thanks to his TARDIS which looks like a police box, bigger inside than outside. When the Doctor is severely injured or even killed, he will regenerate into a new appearance and body. He is currently in his eighth incarnation (7th regeneration). His thirteenth will be the last.

The Doctor with his companions – currently Fitz Kreiner and Compassion herself – are on a crusade to champion the cause of the innocent, the helpless and the powerless throughout the universe. This story’s theme: Compassion (The Doctor’s new TARDIS, a living machine which can travel through space and time but which can appear in humanoid form) is stuck in the shape of a Maltese policewoman named Becky (from the Undercover, UC5 PBS show) from 2003. The problem? Becky has recently drowned and is believed to be dead. (happens after the BBC book 8DA ‘FALL OF YQUATINE’, after the last UC5 episode, and contemporary to the 1st DEJJEM TIEGHEK BECKY episode which I call ‘THE SEARCH’)

NEWS: posted 30/9/2003: This week Becky returns in the new show DEJJEM TIEGHEK BECKY. She’s going to resign and take a new employment on a ship now. I think she will have amnesia or something. So this fanfic can happen just the same.

Mr Bert, or Is-Sur Bert as he was called in Maltese, was shocked. Utterly shocked. His mouth was wide open and stared at the dark-haired woman. His eyes were glazing at her.

The woman looked back in anger, obviously offended by his stare. Bert was becoming confused. ‘How is this possible?’ he thought, loudly enough for anyone to hear him.
